What is the required down payment to save a date?
We require a 30% non-refundable “save the date payment” and a
signed contract / rules addendum to reserve your date.
Do you charge any extra fees that we might not be expecting?
There will be no additional fees added to your rental pricing.
What time can we and our vendors arrive to set up?
Rental of the barn is from 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM on Friday, Saturday or holiday Sunday (Memorial Day / Labor Day, etc.) If your event is on a non-holiday Sunday or during a weekday rental is from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Can we bring in our own beverages?
Bar at Trinity Peak holds a class B liquor license, so no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. We DO NOT have a minimum
requirement that needs to be purchased through our bar service. We also specialize in custom bar packages that work within any budget.
What do you have at the outdoor ceremony location?
Our natural tree canopy with views of rolling fields provides the perfect setting. We use rustic barn wood benches and mismatched vintage chairs for ceremony seating. You may decorate our arbor, per your own taste.
We’d like an outdoor ceremony but what is the back-up plan in case of rain?
We have a contingency plan in case of inclement weather. We will do a partial room flip. Your ceremony would be held on the main floor of the barn, in front of the large overhead glass doors. This contingency plan can be implemented at the last minute.
What time must music end?
Music must end by 11:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, holiday Sunday) and 10:30 PM (non-holiday Sunday or weekday).
Where is guest parking?
We have an on-site parking lot for a limited number of vehicles. The rest of your guests may park at our remote parking lot, which is in very close proximity to the barn. Guests are welcome to drop passengers off at the barn and return to the parking lot. We provide a shuttle to our remote parking lot. Some guests choose to walk to the lot.
Do you offer a shuttle service to nearby hotels or bar?
We do not offer a shuttle service to hotels, however, we have many vendors that can provide you with transportation. We do offer a complementary shuttle service to a nearby bar.
Can my dog be in my wedding?
Yes, We love pets!
How many can the barn accommodate?
The barn can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner.
Additional Guests are welcome after dinner.
Where are your dressing areas for bride and groom?
We have a separate area for both bridal party and groomsmen. Bridal
party is in our Wisconsin pub lounge, and groomsmen are in our loft.
Can I bring in my own food or caterer?
We welcome all licensed caterers that carry appropriate amount of insurance.
I heard that hosting a wedding at Barn at Trinity Peak is really stress free. Can you explain?

What do you do in the way of set-up or tear-down?
Barn at Trinity Peak Staff is responsible for set-up and take-down of all tables and chairs for both your ceremony and reception. We also maintain the facility’s cleanliness throughout your event. Our staff will all assist you with set-up and gather all decor, gifts/cards, leftover cake and/or late night snack and have it ready to load into vehicles.
Do you provide any decor?
Yes, we provide so much and at no extra cost. We suggest you visit us to see what we have to offer. We keep getting more!
Do you allow smoking or sparklers?
Yes, smoking, is allowed only in the designated smoking area. Sparklers are allowed for photo opportunities.
Do you provide a shuttle service?
Yes, Barn at Trinity Peak offers a complementary shuttle service to and from our parking lot.
Do you have a fire pit?
Yes, we have a custom wine barrel fire pit under our Edison style bistro lights. Just lovely!
